Stanislaw Fronczak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krzysztof Hajduk, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After having played for 17 minutes, Krzysztof Hajduk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JUNICO Ełk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Krzysztof Hajduk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Konstanty Kilarski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Vieri in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Barrera in the 21st minute of play forced Nankatsu's goalkeeper Stanislaw Fronczak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stanislaw Fronczak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krzysztof Hajduk, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Harri Kaine's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stanislaw Fronczak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Kazimierz Cieslak made in the 45th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by JUNICO Ełk's Carlos Rennie. Stanislaw Fronczak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Harri Kaine went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With a little luck, Nankatsu's Stanislaw Fronczak got control of the ball when Harri Kaine tried to sneak it across the goal line. Harri Kaine scored 0-6 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stanislaw Fronczak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 60th minute, Wit Tipinski made a precise shot to the right of Stanislaw Fronczak. Nankatsu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Rikard Træden replaced Harri Kaine. 71 minutes into the match, Nankatsu's goal looked a bit too open when Wit Tipinski came free, but Stanislaw Fronczak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rikard Træden might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stanislaw Fronczak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rikard Træden ran back to his position shaking his head. Rikard Træden could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Stanislaw Fronczak made a huge save. In the 90th match minute, JUNICO Ełk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radomir Zieba to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, JUNICO Ełk's goal looked a bit too open when Damian Kendra came free, but Konstanty Kilarski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Rikard Træden came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the JUNICO Ełk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rikard Træden couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. JUNICO Ełk had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
