Spectators: 7695 (Terracing: 5772, Seating: 1770, VIP seats: 153) Cyryl Marchewka made the kick off and thus started the match. FC ZABŁOTCE's Rafal Kisielka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Borys Kiszkiel in the 7th minute of play. Rafal Kisielka came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by GKS Katowice's Cezary Kasiewski. But to his dismay, Cezary Kasiewski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 21 minutes into the game, Borys Kiszkiel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Rafal Kisielka was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Betão Pontes was a little too slow when Klement Gabis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 1-3. In the 28th minute Olgierd Cwojdak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafal Kisielka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafal Kisielka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludomir Zacharek in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 36th minute Cezary Kasiewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafal Kisielka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Ludomir Zacharek notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of FC ZABŁOTCE's Rafal Kisielka. Rafal Kisielka was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 41 minutes of play, GKS Katowice's Cezary Kasiewski made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafal Kisielka was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 48th minute, Olgierd Cwojdak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GKS Katowice fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucjan Werra to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to FC ZABŁOTCE getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Damian Maziarski hit a great ball. Borys Kiszkiel charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Borys Kiszkiel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Borys Kiszkiel hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Betão Pontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Klement Gabis in the 58th minute of the match. FC ZABŁOTCE's Rafal Kisielka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezary Kasiewski in the 59th minute of play. A nice corner shot did that Dominik Brysz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rafal Kisielka quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 63rd match minute, GKS Katowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Borys Kiszkiel to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Rafal Kisielka successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. FC ZABŁOTCE's Rafal Kisielka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezary Kasiewski in the 68th minute of play. If Cezary Kasiewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC ZABŁOTCE's Rafal Kisielka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save FC ZABŁOTCE from getting a goal against them. 73 minutes into the match, Lucjan Werra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rafal Kisielka. FC ZABŁOTCE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucjan Werra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. Rafal Kisielka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezary Kasiewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Betão Pontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Maziarski in the 81st minute of play. When Sylwester Dawiec fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC ZABŁOTCE's protests and gave Sylwester Dawiec a yellow card for diving instead. In the 83rd minute, Sylwester Dawiec hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GKS Katowice's Dominik Brysz took a good shot, in the 84th minute, which hit the crossbar above Rafal Kisielka's head, and flew over the goal. FC ZABŁOTCE's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by GKS Katowice. FC ZABŁOTCE's Rafal Kisielka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 86th minute of the match, managed to save FC ZABŁOTCE from getting a goal against them. 89 minutes into the match, Lucjan Werra dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rafal Kisielka, 1-8. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Cezary Kasiewski managed to get in a good position for a shot. GKS Katowice's supporters rose to their feet, but Cezary Kasiewski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafal Kisielka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to FC ZABŁOTCE getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Damian Maziarski hit a great ball. In the 99th minute, GKS Katowice's Cezary Kasiewski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-9. When the match was over GKS Katowice could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC ZABŁOTCE throughout the match.
