Betão Pontes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cayetano Haitz's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Cayetano Haitz sped through GKS Katowice's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Betão Pontes. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Cayetano Haitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Głodni z Natury 21's supporters rose to their feet, but Cayetano Haitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Betão Pontes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Głodni z Natury 21's Edmund Wieloch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezary Kasiewski in the 11th minute of play. Edmund Wieloch made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ludomir Zacharek in the 13th minute. A nice corner shot did that Dominik Brysz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Edmund Wieloch quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Cayetano Haitz put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Betão Pontes. The supporters of GKS Katowice booed when Głodni z Natury 21 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stasio Orling didn't get a good kick on the ball. Głodni z Natury 21's Edmund Wieloch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezary Kasiewski in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, one of GKS Katowice:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Betão Pontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cayetano Haitz in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Olgierd Sokolski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cayetano Haitz took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Betão Pontes. Betão Pontes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Cayetano Haitz sped through GKS Katowice's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Betão Pontes. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

GKS Katowice's Lucjan Werra was substituted for Ludomir Zacharek. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucjan Werra to strike the kick off in the second half. Cayetano Haitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cayetano Haitz in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Betão Pontes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cayetano Haitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Głodni z Natury 21's Iwan Karanewski was substituted for Cayetano Haitz. In the 83rd minute, Iwan Karanewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Głodni z Natury 21 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iwan Karanewski in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Betão Pontes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 89th minute of the match Głodni z Natury 21 got a corner. GKS Katowice's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ziemowit Wielkopolski ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Iwan Karanewski heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After 93 played minutes GKS Katowice got a freekick which was hit by Olgierd Sokolski.
