Hieronim Brataniec dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 24th minute, Vaggelis Tsoflidis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hieronim Brataniec was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Guillerme in the 29th minute of play forced AKS Chorzów's goalkeeper Hieronim Brataniec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the game, Feliksin SA's Leonard Joks nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hieronim Brataniec made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lech Czermak in the 36th minute of play forced AKS Chorzów's goalkeeper Hieronim Brataniec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hieronim Brataniec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vaggelis Tsoflidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the match, Vaggelis Tsoflidis notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of AKS Chorzów's Hieronim Brataniec. Hieronim Brataniec was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Julian Makarewicz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maciej Debowy couldn't finish the play. Hieronim Brataniec was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Leonard Joks capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Leonard Joks really showed his touch with that goal: 0-6. The crowd rose to their feet as Feliksin SA's Vaggelis Tsoflidis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hieronim Brataniec. That made the score 0-7 after 61 minutes of play. In the 64th minute Milosz Huk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucjan Lato saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julian Makarewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Lucjan Lato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Cipriano Guillerme took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Hieronim Brataniec to make any attempt to save it. After some careless play in the AKS Chorzów defense, Vaggelis Tsoflidis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hieronim Brataniec. The AKS Chorzów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hieronim Brataniec should have stopped the shot. 85 minutes into the match, Maciej Debowy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucjan Lato. Feliksin SA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maciej Debowy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-9.
