Wasyl Zbydniewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baiona Viñuela in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Baiona Viñuela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexandros Vranis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Wasyl Zbydniewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Waclaw Sadlowski was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bartlomiej Fujara. Alexandros Vranis hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ludomir Cipinski to make the kick off. Ana Wojno scored 0-2 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wasyl Zbydniewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ludomir Cipinski in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Waclaw Sadlowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ludomir Cipinski in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Waclaw Sadlowski saved Real Madrid from getting behind. Ana Wojno charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ana Wojno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Leicester City F.C. booed when Real Madrid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ana Wojno didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baiona Viñuela got free with Wasyl Zbydniewski in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Real Madrid's zone, Adam Solak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waclaw Sadlowski came out of the goal and Adam Solak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fryderyk Jaroch kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. When Baiona Viñuela got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for Real Madrid. Wasyl Zbydniewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexander Eugene in the 97th minute of play. Real Madrid played a much better game than Leicester City F.C. and deserved their victory. The Leicester City F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
