After 17 minutes, Karol Rozanski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LUFC Kraków and the Fen Revas players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fen Revas's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Boleslaw Grabski in the 41st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Franciszek Wojno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fen Revas's supporters rose to their feet, but Franciszek Wojno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zula Maruda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kevin Marts could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Zula Maruda made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Frédson Freddie to strike the kick off in the second half.
