Arkadiusz Naumowicz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Abe Habenicht blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arkadiusz Naumowicz having to make a save. In the 16th minute Teofil Rzegotka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arkadiusz Naumowicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damazy Turok in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antoni Walaszkiewicz saved Śląsk Katowice from getting behind. A collision led to Przypusta getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Czeslaw Wrzosek hit a great ball. Czeslaw Zacharzewski made in the 22nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Wawrzyniec Kazanowski. If Abe Habenicht had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Przypusta's Arkadiusz Naumowicz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Przypusta from getting a goal against them. Abe Habenicht could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Arkadiusz Naumowicz made a huge save. Przypusta's Arkadiusz Naumowicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofil Rzegotka in the 32nd minute of play. Arkadiusz Naumowicz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teofil Rzegotka went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to Śląsk Katowice getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Marco Amaral hit a great ball. In the 37th minute, Damazy Turok got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Teofil Rzegotka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arkadiusz Naumowicz having to make a save. Arkadiusz Naumowicz made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Teofil Rzegotka sent off a good shot on target. In the 41st minute of the match, Teofil Rzegotka tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arkadiusz Naumowicz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Śląsk Katowice's Abe Habenicht got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abe Habenicht received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Arkadiusz Naumowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Rudi Rendborg charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rudi Rendborg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Przypusta's Rudi Rendborg got a free kick in the 54th minute. Arkadiusz Naumowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abe Habenicht in the 59th minute of the match. With his leg Antoni Walaszkiewicz managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Przypusta's Damazy Turok fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience was convinced that Abe Habenicht's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arkadiusz Naumowicz was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Śląsk Katowice's Marek Bronicki got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Abe Habenicht ran back to his position shaking his head. Arkadiusz Naumowicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abe Habenicht in the 71st minute of play. After 74 minutes, Marek Bronicki made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Przypusta's Arkadiusz Naumowicz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Adelino Salgado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arkadiusz Naumowicz having to make a save. When Przypusta's Damazy Turok in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Śląsk Katowice's goalie prevented a goal. 83 minutes into the match, Śląsk Katowice's goalkeeper Antoni Walaszkiewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damazy Turok. Adelino Salgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arkadiusz Naumowicz having to interfere. After 92 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Przypusta! The referee gave Śląsk Katowice a penalty, 94 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marco Amaral, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Przypusta's Arkadiusz Naumowicz. 6-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Śląsk Katowice fully deserved thier win.
