Ksawery Ryback ran back to his position shaking his head. After taking down the ball on FC Kromers's corner Leszek Charlos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Borys Wielopolski quite easily take care of the ball. FC Kromers's Artur Kazczyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zula Mleczewski in the 12th minute of play. Borys Wielopolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Barowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Zachariasz Wysocki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. FC Kromers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zachariasz Zieba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Borys Wielopolski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zachariasz Zieba in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ksawery Ryback in the 34th minute of play forced FC Kromers's goalkeeper Artur Kazczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ksawery Ryback fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Kazczyk having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC Kromers's zone, Ksawery Ryback stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artur Kazczyk came out of the goal and Ksawery Ryback tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Zachariasz Wysocki managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Kromers's supporters rose to their feet, but Zachariasz Wysocki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Borys Wielopolski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ksawery Ryback to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Julian Barowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borys Wielopolski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Artur Kazczyk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zula Mleczewski in the 57th minute. If Ksawery Ryback had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artur Fronczak charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Artur Fronczak the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Artur Fronczak hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Stefan Jaraczewski's late challenge caught a FC Kromers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
