A collision led to Tychy Eagles getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Robert Watarz hit a great ball. Cyprian Pisarczyk was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 46th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Fabian Bojanowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damazy Kluczyk was the one to do the kick off. If Damazy Kluczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Fabian Bojanowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stasio Bury. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabian Bojanowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damazy Kluczyk in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guilherme Souza prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Cyprian Pisarczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Bojanowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damazy Kluczyk in the 83rd minute of play forced Karpaty Krosno's goalkeeper Guilherme Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
