But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bogdan Bierfass couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Wykopki KS's zone, Teobald Babicki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bartlomiej Banach came out of the goal and Teobald Babicki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stefan Ciempa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Bartlomiej Banach tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, JORDAN KAZANICE's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliusz Budzynski came free, but Beniamin Dytrych reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bogdan Siekierka during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wykopki KS's Aureliusz Budzynski got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Beniamin Dytrych took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lech Wejta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Aureliusz Budzynski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wykopki KS's supporters rose to their feet, but Aureliusz Budzynski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Beniamin Dytrych breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lech Wejta stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 97 played minutes Wykopki KS got a freekick which was hit by Feliks Jazowski. Wykopki KS played a much better game than JORDAN KAZANICE and deserved their victory. The JORDAN KAZANICE players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
