Ksawery Robak started the match with the kick off. Perivaldo Mattos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ksawery Robak went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Florian Barciniak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszek Galagan in the 8th minute of play. In the 10th match minute, Chotów SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartosz Maziarz to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 11 minutes, Radowit Kolba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ForestWolves's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radowit Kolba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Radowit Kolba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Florian Barciniak made a huge save. Perivaldo Mattos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ksawery Robak in the 14th minute of play. After 18 minutes of play, Chotów SSA's Ksawery Robak made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Perivaldo Mattos was left in no man's land by his defense there! Perivaldo Mattos came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Chotów SSA's Zbyszko Mruk. But to his dismay, Zbyszko Mruk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Florian Barciniak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radowit Kolba in the 28th minute of play. Dariusz Pochorylo got a throw-in 29 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Zbyszko Kalinowski. Chotów SSA's Florian Barciniak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Chotów SSA from getting a goal against them. Radowit Kolbas short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Florian Barciniak to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Zbyszek Galagan succeeded in the game's 33rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. ForestWolves's Perivaldo Mattos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszko Mruk in the 36th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in ForestWolves's zone, Zbyszko Kalinowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Perivaldo Mattos came out of the goal and Zbyszko Kalinowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Perivaldo Mattos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ksawery Robak in the 40th minute of play. In the 46th minute Zbyszko Mruk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perivaldo Mattos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, ForestWolves's goal looked a bit too open when Zbyszko Mruk came free, but Perivaldo Mattos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Radowit Kolba made the kick off in the second half. Ksawery Robak scored 1-5 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Perivaldo Mattos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 58 played minutes Chotów SSA got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszko Mruk. After 60 played minutes Chotów SSA got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszko Kalinowski. Florian Barciniak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radowit Kolba in the 63rd minute of the match. Perivaldo Mattos made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Ksawery Robak sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, ForestWolves's Radowit Kolba got a free kick in the 72nd minute. With a little luck, ForestWolves's Perivaldo Mattos got control of the ball when Zbyszko Mruk tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th minute, Przemyslaw Wojtyna ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Perivaldo Mattos was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. Perivaldo Mattos was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Ksawery Robak capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ksawery Robak really showed his touch with that goal: 1-8. ForestWolves's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Zbyszko Mruk 83 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-9. ForestWolves's Perivaldo Mattos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zbyszko Mruk in the 90th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ksawery Robak during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Chotów SSA's Ksawery Robak got a free kick in the 92nd minute. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Ksawery Robak took a quick shot and it went in 1-10 without a chance for Perivaldo Mattos to make any attempt to save it. Chotów SSA played a much better game than ForestWolves and deserved their victory. The ForestWolves players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
