But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feliks Bentkowski couldn't finish the play. Boruc Lukasik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Julian Bycofski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Love me Im famous!'s goal looked a bit too open when Boruc Lukasik came free, but Julian Bycofski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Milosz Frenzel might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julian Bycofski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Milosz Frenzel ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Feliks Bentkowski in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rafal Wisniewski saved Polonia LW from getting behind. In the 16th minute Boruc Lukasik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Bycofski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Love me Im famous!'s goal looked a bit too open when Boruc Lukasik came free, but Julian Bycofski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Feliks Bentkowski fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Love me Im famous!'s protests and gave Feliks Bentkowski a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Polonia LW's Boruc Lukasik slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Julian Bycofski. That made the score 1-0 after 44 minutes of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Klement Czerniak made a kick off. Julian Bycofski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milosz Frenzel in the 52nd minute of play. Lucjan Wolniewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julian Bycofski having to interfere. Julian Bycofski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boruc Lukasik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The nice shot from Klement Czerniak in the 61stth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Rafal Wisniewski had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. In the 72nd minute, Klement Czerniak reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rafal Wisniewski. The goal made the score 1-1. The supporters of Polonia LW booed when Love me Im famous! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbyszko Anszczak didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 played minutes Polonia LW got a freekick which was hit by Lucjan Wolniewicz. Julian Bycofski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucjan Wolniewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Polonia LW were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
