The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Boguslaw Kluczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafal Wisniewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Polonia LW's Boruc Pawlik got a free kick in the 4th minute. 5 minutes into the match, Polonia LW's goal looked a bit too open when Franciszek Bentkowski came free, but Rafal Wisniewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Boguslaw Kluczyk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rafal Wisniewski was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. 11 minutes into the match, Polonia LW's goal looked a bit too open when Jerzy Czajkowski came free, but Rafal Wisniewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafal Wisniewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 31st minute Franciszek Bentkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafal Wisniewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Bilczów SSA fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Bilczów SSA's Edward Percha looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Lucjan Wolniewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franciszek Bentkowski in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rafal Wisniewski saved Polonia LW from getting behind. In the 43rd minute Norbert Traczewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafal Wisniewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Boruc Lukasik to make the kick off. Zenon Lampe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boruc Lukasik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Polonia LW's Rafal Wisniewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Polonia LW from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Polonia LW's Lucjan Wolniewicz got a free kick in the 71st minute. With an all-out effort, Bilczów SSA's Rafal Wisniewski threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Norbert Traczewski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zenon Lampe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Wolniewicz in the 74th minute of play. Edward Perchas short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Rafal Wisniewski to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franciszek Bentkowski in the 93rd minute of play forced Polonia LW's goalkeeper Rafal Wisniewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Franciszek Bentkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Bilczów SSA walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
