Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Józef Wandzik successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 3-1 when 倪源迪 sped through Cosmos 1984 NewDance's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Józef Wandzik. Milosz Ikalewicz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Sydney Pena skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Zdzislaw Marczyniec blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Józef Wandzik having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Remigiusz Barys got free with Sydney Pena in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cosmos 1984 NewDance's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
