Wincent Drab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabrizio Cauli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerzy Biraga in the 22nd minute of play forced FC Grodzka's goalkeeper Wincent Drab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by 莫平正 in the 23rd minute of play forced Zawoje SA's goalkeeper Gelu Bornescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alonzo Sadurni's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Wincent Drab firmly grabbed it by the left post. The FC Grodzka fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when FC Grodzka's 莫平正 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 41st minute, Roman Biraga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfred Kaczeniak was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 42nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 46 minutes of play, FC Grodzka's Benedykt Majorski made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gelu Bornescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half FC Grodzka were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 莫平正 was the one to do the kick off. When Alonzo Sadurni came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Zawoje SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alonzo Sadurni couldn't finish the play. Wincent Drab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerzy Biraga in the 62nd minute of play. In the 64thth minute of the game 莫平正 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zawoje SA's Gelu Bornescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 69 minutes into the match, FC Grodzka's goal looked a bit too open when Jerzy Biraga came free, but Wincent Drab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bavo Frederickx in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wincent Drab saved FC Grodzka from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabrizio Cauli in the 73rd minute of play forced FC Grodzka's goalkeeper Wincent Drab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 莫平正 struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Gelu Bornescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Grodzka. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bavo Frederickx in the 75th minute of play forced FC Grodzka's goalkeeper Wincent Drab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wincent Drab showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bavo Frederickx, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute, Bavo Frederickx made a precise shot to the right of Wincent Drab. FC Grodzka's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2.
