Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jüri Luik in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wincent Drebit prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Jüri Luik put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Wincent Drebit. Cezary Gollob's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wincent Drebit read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After having played for 57 minutes, Cezary Gollob managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jagiellonia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cezary Gollob was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 59 minutes into the game, Cezary Gollob cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Wincent Drebit was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jüri Luik scored 0-8 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wincent Drebit, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cezary Gollob who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Wincent Drebit when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Wincent Drebit came out and tried to block the shot, but Cezary Gollob slotted it home off the left post making it 0-13 in the 96th minute. Jagiellonia's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
