Pawel Hodyl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafal Kopacz in the 20th minute of the match. FC HARZ's Stefan Limanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olaf Sliwinski in the 22nd minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match, Olaf Sliwinski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Stefan Limanowski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Teobald Pawelczyk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Stefan Limanowski made a huge save. Zenon Janiczek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pawel Hodyl having to interfere. FC HARZ's Zenon Janiczek suffered a concussion in the 46th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dariusz Solak during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olaf Sliwinski to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miroslaw Molski in the 54th minute of play forced FC HARZ's goalkeeper Stefan Limanowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute Miroslaw Molski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Limanowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, FC HARZ's goal looked a bit too open when Miroslaw Molski came free, but Stefan Limanowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Zbyszek Cwojdak was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Płoszyce's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC HARZ the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in FC Płoszyce's zone, Hugon Kocieniewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pawel Hodyl came out of the goal and Hugon Kocieniewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugon Kocieniewski during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC HARZ's Hugon Kocieniewski got a free kick in the 74th minute. 75 minutes into the match, FC HARZ's goal looked a bit too open when Miroslaw Molski came free, but Stefan Limanowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, FC Płoszyce's Pawel Hodyl got control of the ball when Rafal Kopacz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 87 played minutes, FC HARZ's Edgar-Allan Poe shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pawel Hodyl came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC HARZ reached it. A collision led to FC HARZ getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Florian Jandryca hit a great ball. Pawel Hodyl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugon Kocieniewski in the 92nd minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, FC HARZ's Hugon Kocieniewski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pawel Hodyl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
