Qiao Bing Zheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Carlos in the 11th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Queens of Lublin's Ale Brama nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Slavyan Gusev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Cestarolli in the 24th minute of play forced Queens of Lublin's goalkeeper Qiao Bing Zheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Qiao Bing Zheng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Cestarolli, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After 28 played minutes FC Rogers Sosnowiec got a freekick which was hit by Pontus Drewitz. After 29 played minutes, Queens of Lublin's Ðuza Pala shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Slavyan Gusev came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Queens of Lublin reached it. After 34 minutes of play, Queens of Lublin's Leszek Dziedelonis made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Slavyan Gusev was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wiktor Bejrut could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Qiao Bing Zheng made a huge save. Slavyan Gusev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miroslaw Dykes in the 42nd minute of the match. Slavyan Gusev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miroslaw Dykes in the 44th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eugeniusz Cwojdak stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FC Rogers Sosnowiec's Slavyan Gusev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miroslaw Dykes in the 59th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Miroslaw Dykes got free with Slavyan Gusev in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Slavyan Gusev had great luck who in the 65thth minute grab hold of the ball when Miroslaw Dykes from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Cestarolli in the 68th minute of play forced Queens of Lublin's goalkeeper Qiao Bing Zheng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute Patrick Cestarolli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qiao Bing Zheng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Slavyan Gusev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ale Brama in the 90th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ale Brama in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Slavyan Gusev saved FC Rogers Sosnowiec from getting behind. Ale Brama took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Slavyan Gusev. Slavyan Gusev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-4. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
