Mariusz Pochorylo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Dong Ping notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper. Zbyszko Leper was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 41st minute KS Greenpi were awarded a corner. Zbyszko Kazanowski went to the cornerflag to take it. Wieslaw Fink made a great header on KS Greenpi's corner, it was just that BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper managed to reach the ball for a save. Dariusz Smuskiewicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mariusz Pochorylo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dariusz Smuskiewicz ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, KS Greenpi's Mariusz Pochorylo got control of the ball when Sebastian Bochynski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nicklas Lindström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Mariusz Pochorylo made a huge save. Zbyszko Leper took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dong Ping, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 94th minute, Kazimierz Trojanowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 96 minutes into the game, Olgierd Kowalski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Mariusz Pochorylo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the BYDGOSTIA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
