When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Dariusz Gollob took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Jaroslav Kaczynski to make any attempt to save it. 40 minutes into the match, GKS Bełchatów's goal looked a bit too open when Benedykt Posadzki came free, but Hardy Mur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 minutes GKS Bełchatów's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Miromir Chrobak who took care of the corner kick. In the 45th minute Maksymilian Karpinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hardy Mur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Napoleon Domaracki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 50th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 58 minutes into the match, GKS Bełchatów's goalkeeper Hardy Mur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zula Adamczak. When Illuminati's Zula Adamczak in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jaroslaw Barowicz kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. GKS Bełchatów's Hardy Mur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save GKS Bełchatów from getting a goal against them.
