The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Phoenix's goalkeeper Roman Golob had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damazy Chazen. After 7 minutes of play, MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Cezary Jajecznica made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roman Golob was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mateo Phelipe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Szczepan Nikodemski's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Damazy Chazen scored 2-0 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roman Golob, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 17th minute Szczepan Nikodemski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Phelipe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damazy Chazen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 30 played minutes, Phoenix's Eleuterio Erdiano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mateo Phelipe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Phoenix reached it. Damazy Chazen scored 3-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roman Golob, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 38 played minutes MIRA -ŁÓDZ got a freekick which was hit by Julian Demario. In the 39th minute of the match Eleuterio Erdiano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mateo Phelipe showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 41 minutes into the match, MIRA -ŁÓDZ's goal looked a bit too open when Szczepan Nikodemski came free, but Mateo Phelipe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 42 minutes, Tobiasz Kaszubowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Phoenix and the MIRA -ŁÓDZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damazy Chazen in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roman Golob prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mateo Phelipe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Szczepan Nikodemski, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Damazy Chazen made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maciej Gollob in the 55th minute of play forced MIRA -ŁÓDZ's goalkeeper Mateo Phelipe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Phoenix's Roman Golob played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damazy Chazen in the 57th minute of play. Roman Golob took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damazy Chazen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute of the match MIRA -ŁÓDZ got a corner. Phoenix's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lukasz Marut ran over to the corner to take the kick. The MIRA -ŁÓDZ fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Damazy Chazen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Szczepan Nikodemski in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mateo Phelipe saved MIRA -ŁÓDZ from getting behind. Phoenix were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after MIRA -ŁÓDZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eleuterio Erdiano took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Eleuterio Erdiano got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mateo Phelipe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience was convinced that Damazy Chazen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roman Golob was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Damazy Chazen sped through Phoenix's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Roman Golob. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damazy Chazen in the 83rd minute of play forced Phoenix's goalkeeper Roman Golob to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tobiasz Kaszubowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mateo Phelipe. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tobiasz Kaszubowski ran back to his position shaking his head. Roman Golob made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Chazen in the 86th minute of play. Roman Golob took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damazy Chazen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Damazy Chazen put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Roman Golob. Phoenix's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
