Spectators: 7972 (Terracing: 5980, Seating: 1834, VIP seats: 158) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eugeniusz Kolbert got the match started through his kick off. Witalis Dzierwa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emil Cvitanović came out and tried to block the shot, but Witalis Dzierwa slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 5th minute. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bad Company's goalkeeper Radowit Drozdowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 10 minutes Bad Company's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Folke Samuelsson who took care of the corner kick. Eugeniusz Kolbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Radowit Drozdowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MKS Maczka's Cătălin Herea quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Arkadiusz Rojewski, made in the 16th minute of the game. Emil Cvitanović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witalis Dzierwa in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th match minute, MKS Maczka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugeniusz Kolbert to maneuver through the defense. Radowit Drozdowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugeniusz Kolbert in the 23rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Bad Company's Jardel Tróia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emil Cvitanović. That made the score 2-0 after 25 minutes of play. Radowit Drozdowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugeniusz Kolbert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MKS Maczka's Emil Cvitanović proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save MKS Maczka from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Jardel Tróia took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Emil Cvitanović to make any attempt to save it. In the 46th minute of the match Pankracy Gaszynski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Radowit Drozdowski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Emil Cvitanović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witalis Dzierwa in the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zenon Skaradowski to strike the kick off in the second half. Pankracy Gaszynski kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Radowit Drozdowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Kolbert, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Rıza Hacısalihoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Radowit Drozdowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eugeniusz Kolbert in the 57th minute. Jardel Tróia scored 4-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emil Cvitanović, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emil Cvitanović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jardel Tróia in the 61st minute of the match. Eugeniusz Kolbert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radowit Drozdowski having to interfere. Bad Company's Hamdi Demir was substituted for Kazimierz Tarasek. 70 minutes into the match, MKS Maczka's goal looked a bit too open when Zenon Skaradowski came free, but Emil Cvitanović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A throw-in in the 72nd minute of the game was made by Arkadiusz Rojewski with Jardel Tróia as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Radowit Drozdowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Fleischer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Igor Fleischer reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Radowit Drozdowski. The goal made the score 4-1. MKS Maczka made a substitution. Zula Drozdowski replaced Wincenty Sakowicz. Bad Company's Herbert Banach was substituted for Benedykt Werra. Bad Company's Radowit Drozdowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Kolbert in the 82nd minute of play. Zenon Skaradowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 92 minutes into the match, Bad Company's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Fleischer came free, but Radowit Drozdowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute of the match MKS Maczka got a corner. Bad Company's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Folke Samuelsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. MKS Maczka's Folke Samuelsson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Radowit Drozdowski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bad Company fans cheered their team off the field, for while MKS Maczka had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
