The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Ricardinho Chaves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. KS FOCHA-CZESTOCHOWA's Big Rom got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 6th minute Big Rom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachary Komornicki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KS FOCHA-CZESTOCHOWA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Fernando Morientes scored to the left of an out of position Kazimierz Panasewicz, making the score, 1-0. In the 13th minute Ricardinho Chaves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kazimierz Panasewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by KS FOCHA-CZESTOCHOWA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Olaf Absolwent was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Barlinek's players had a chance to rest. FC Barlinek's Fernando Morientes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kazimierz Panasewicz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, FC Barlinek's Józef Baran got a free kick in the 17th minute. Borys Dziurowicz struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Zachary Komornicki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KS FOCHA-CZESTOCHOWA. Zachary Komornicki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Atilano Rojas's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. FC Barlinek's Tolek Komanski got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Big Rom in the 37th minute of play forced FC Barlinek's goalkeeper Zachary Komornicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zachary Komornicki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Big Rom in the 39th minute of play. When KS FOCHA-CZESTOCHOWA's Big Rom, in the 39th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for KS FOCHA-CZESTOCHOWA. If Fernando Morientes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Barlinek's Zachary Komornicki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Big Rom in the 52nd minute of play. Atilano Rojas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zachary Komornicki having to interfere. Kazimierz Panasewicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tolek Komanski's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Atilano Rojas in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zachary Komornicki, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Zachary Komornicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Big Rom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernando Morientes scored 3-0 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kazimierz Panasewicz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Big Rom in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zachary Komornicki saved FC Barlinek from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Fernando Morientes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kazimierz Panasewicz was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernando Morientes in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kazimierz Panasewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. KS FOCHA-CZESTOCHOWA's Kazimierz Panasewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardinho Chaves in the 90th minute of play. Big Rom took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zachary Komornicki. Zachary Komornicki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. FC Barlinek's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
