Spectators: 7946 (Terracing: 5960, Seating: 1828, VIP seats: 158) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Silas Rodrigues kicked off to start the match. In the 16th minute Norbert Burdalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waclaw Pankiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 17 minutes, Mario Balotelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pogoń Staszów's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mario Balotelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18th minute of the match, Jerzy Prusek got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cyryl Kaider was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 20 minutes into the match, Pogoń Staszów's goal looked a bit too open when Tolek Jaworski came free, but Cyryl Kaider reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jedrzej Jaktorowo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Cyryl Kaider tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Silas Rodrigues ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waclaw Pankiewicz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Waclaw Pankiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norbert Burdalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Patryk Lichucki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Waclaw Pankiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silas Rodrigues in the 44th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The wind increased when Tomasz Czajka made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Pogoń Staszów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franciszek Lichucki to maneuver through the defense. If Tolek Jaworski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mario Balotelli came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Pogoń Staszów fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Balotelli couldn't finish the play. The Fighting Mongooses FC's Waclaw Pankiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silas Rodrigues in the 56th minute of play. Damian Lipinski charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Damian Lipinski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 57 played minutes The Fighting Mongooses FC got a freekick which was hit by Damian Lipinski. Silas Rodrigues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Waclaw Pankiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolek Jaworski in the 61st minute of play forced Pogoń Staszów's goalkeeper Cyryl Kaider to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the game, Mario Balotelli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Waclaw Pankiewicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Tolek Jaworski managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Fighting Mongooses FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tolek Jaworski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cyryl Kaider breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 81 minutes into the match, Albino Macario notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of The Fighting Mongooses FC's Waclaw Pankiewicz. Waclaw Pankiewicz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in The Fighting Mongooses FC's zone, Mario Balotelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waclaw Pankiewicz came out of the goal and Mario Balotelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Waclaw Pankiewicz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyryl Dembowski in the 88th minute of play. When The Fighting Mongooses FC's Ksawery Ostrowski in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pogoń Staszów's goalie prevented a goal. In the 95th minute, Pogoń Staszów's Albino Macario dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. When the final whistle sounded Pogoń Staszów left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than The Fighting Mongooses FC.
