Olaf Hodas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jerzy Prochko in the 42nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tobiasz Banan in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olaf Hodas saved ◄19A10► Widzew Lodz from getting behind. Tobiasz Banan took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Olaf Hodas. Olaf Hodas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jerzy Prochko made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Jerzy Prochko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olaf Hodas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tobiasz Banan in the 85th minute. Bernard Cichewski kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Tobiasz Banan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Olaf Hodas made a huge save. When the final whistle sounded 1 FC Elbląg left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ◄19A10► Widzew Lodz.
