Tanek Wojtyna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dudu Freitas, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Filip Topolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zbyszko Kajder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee gave FC Brzesko City a penalty, 9 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cezary Pilarski, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of LKS Wasik Lidzbark's Filip Topolski. 0-1. In the 29th minute Dudu Freitas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanek Wojtyna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Dudu Freitas managed to get in a good position for a shot. LKS Wasik Lidzbark's supporters rose to their feet, but Dudu Freitas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tanek Wojtyna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dudu Freitas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Ziemowit Smolarek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tanek Wojtyna. FC Brzesko City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ziemowit Smolarek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pankracy Rasiak in the 55th minute of play forced FC Brzesko City's goalkeeper Tanek Wojtyna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zbyszko Kajder in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filip Topolski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tanek Wojtyna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dudu Freitas went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 72nd minute Ziemowit Smolarek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanek Wojtyna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74thth minute of the game Zbyszko Kajder who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LKS Wasik Lidzbark's Filip Topolski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the FC Brzesko City defense, Marian Duszenski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tanek Wojtyna. The FC Brzesko City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tanek Wojtyna should have stopped the shot. Filip Topolski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zbyszko Kajder in the 82nd minute. 90 minutes into the match, FC Brzesko City's goal looked a bit too open when Marian Duszenski came free, but Tanek Wojtyna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LKS Wasik Lidzbark were awarded a corner in the 91th minute after FC Brzesko City's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pankracy Rasiak took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Cyprian Cebula heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Duszenski in the 94th minute of play forced FC Brzesko City's goalkeeper Tanek Wojtyna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ziemowit Smolarek hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. FC Brzesko City's Zbyszko Kajder got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
