ŚLĄSK WROCŁAW's Ulryk Drzewucki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomasz Gniewek in the 32nd minute of play. Wawrzyniec Marajda might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kiko Passos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Milosz Sowa charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Milosz Sowa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute, Milosz Sowa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Wawrzyniec Marajda kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kiko Passos. That made the score 1-0 in the 47 minute of play.

Kiko Passos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wawrzyniec Marajda, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute Witomir Bondel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kiko Passos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 65 minutes, Márcio Amoroso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the WNB Czechovice-Dz. and the ŚLĄSK WROCŁAW players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to WNB Czechovice-Dz. getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Márcio Amoroso hit a great ball.
