In the 7th minute Grzegorz Motowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antoni Olejarz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute, Zenon Nakonieczny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Borys Kolba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Maria Neiva took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ján Oblak. Ján Oblak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Antoni Olejarz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jedrzej Ikalewicz in the 21st minute of the match. Antoni Olejarz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ted Lasso in the 26th minute. After 31 minutes of play, Phantasy World's José Maria Neiva made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ján Oblak was left in no man's land by his defense there! 33 minutes into the game, José Maria Neiva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Ján Oblak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Phantasy World's Zenon Nakonieczny managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nikos Vourlis in the 39 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwidon Brysz in the 39th minute of play forced Wittbach SSA's goalkeeper Ján Oblak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Phantasy World were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Wittbach SSA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zhuo Kang Chen took the corner. After the first half Phantasy World were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ted Lasso to make the kick off. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Phantasy World's goalie and right to Szymon Pyrzyce. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Phantasy World's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Phantasy World's Antoni Olejarz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grzegorz Motowski in the 61st minute of play. Antoni Olejarz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Grzegorz Motowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that José Maria Neiva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ján Oblak was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 姜星桑 in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ján Oblak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Grzegorz Motowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Antoni Olejarz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Phantasy World players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
