Phantasy World's Jurand Wysocki got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. AS Monaco FC's Roch Puch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Maria Neiva in the 19th minute of play. Antoni Olejarz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franciszek Zukowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, AS Monaco FC's goal looked a bit too open when José Maria Neiva came free, but Roch Puch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Phantasy World's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zhuo Kang Chen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see AS Monaco FC lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
