Tristan Lannister started the match with the kick off. Gustaw Nowak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santa Jøker in the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute SuRpRiSe were awarded a corner. Radowit Okopny went to the cornerflag to take it. A sloppy throw-in by Emil Lenertej in the 11th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's Walery Bienienda. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciccio Kowalczyk in the 13th minute of play forced SuRpRiSe's goalkeeper Hubert Kostka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's goal looked a bit too open when Santa Jøker came free, but Gustaw Nowak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaw Nowak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santa Jøker in the 16th minute of play. Santa Jøker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Gustaw Nowak made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Zbyszek Le Bonniec's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hubert Kostka was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. In the 30th minute, Santa Jøker made a precise shot to the right of Gustaw Nowak. Zbyszek Le Bonniec took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hubert Kostka. Hubert Kostka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Hubert Kostka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciccio Kowalczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Santa Jøker was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Santa Jøker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustaw Nowak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of SuRpRiSe booed when Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wawrzyniec Domamir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Radowit Okopny's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustaw Nowak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy's attentive Walery Bienienda managed to snatch the ball when Olaf Luty made a throw-in in the 74th minute of the game. The audience was convinced that Santa Jøker's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gustaw Nowak was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. SuRpRiSe's Hubert Kostka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save SuRpRiSe from getting a goal against them. After having played for 97 minutes, Santa Jøker managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SuRpRiSe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Santa Jøker was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. SuRpRiSe were victorious despite being under pressure from Czerwone Lwy Podjuchy for much of the match.
