In the 10th minute, Grzegorz Motowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roman Dombrowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hubert Kostka having to interfere. After 16 played minutes SuRpRiSe got a freekick which was hit by Jerzy Seliga. Ján Oblak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santa Jøker in the 18th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Santa Jøker had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ján Oblak. Wittbach SSA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Santa Jøker was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 24 minutes of play, Wittbach SSA's Aarre Rautee made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hubert Kostka was left in no man's land by his defense there! SuRpRiSe's attentive Jerzy Seliga managed to snatch the ball when Daniel Bentkowski made a throw-in in the 29th minute of the game. Hubert Kostka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Dombrowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Jedrzej Ikalewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Santa Jøker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ján Oblak having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Roman Dombrowski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hubert Kostka, 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santa Jøker to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santa Jøker in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ján Oblak saved Wittbach SSA from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santa Jøker got free with Ján Oblak in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57th minute, Santa Jøker left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SuRpRiSe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 62nd minute Aarre Rautee shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hubert Kostka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When SuRpRiSe's Santa Jøker in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wittbach SSA's goalie prevented a goal. 73 minutes into the match, SuRpRiSe's Santa Jøker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ján Oblak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ján Oblak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santa Jøker's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. In the 81st minute Santa Jøker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ján Oblak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute of the match Radowit Okopny sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ján Oblak skillfully saved the ball. Ján Oblak made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Santa Jøker sent off a good shot on target. Santa Jøker took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ján Oblak. Ján Oblak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Roberto Ayala hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute of the match Radowit Okopny sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ján Oblak skillfully saved the ball. The SuRpRiSe supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing SuRpRiSe would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
