An unexpectedly hard shot by Konstanty Orszak in the 12th minute of play forced BROŃ RADOM's goalkeeper Armando Di Giuseppe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Di Giuseppe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apostolis Arvanitoyannis, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Armando Di Giuseppe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstanty Orszak in the 23rd minute of the match. Ruud van Nistelrooij could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Armando Di Giuseppe made a huge save. Armando Di Giuseppe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apostolis Arvanitoyannis in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th match minute, Underdogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruud van Nistelrooij to maneuver through the defense. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ruud van Nistelrooij stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the BROŃ RADOM defense, Ruud van Nistelrooij kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armando Di Giuseppe. The BROŃ RADOM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Di Giuseppe should have stopped the shot. In the 55th minute Ruud van Nistelrooij shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Di Giuseppe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Underdogs made a substitution. Andrzej Budzyn replaced Ruud van Nistelrooij. Underdogs's Stiff Meister was substituted for Walery Marud. The corner went over the outstretched arms of BROŃ RADOM's goalie and right to Stiff Meister. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. BROŃ RADOM's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The throw-in from Filip Olszewski in the 63rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by BROŃ RADOM's George Best. Brak Gola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anier Ongile in the 69th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anier Ongile got free with Brak Gola in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Armando Di Giuseppe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slawomir Cuber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Di Giuseppe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apostolis Arvanitoyannis in the 81st minute of the match.
