Emalia Olkusz's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Damian Jaraczeski ran over to the corner to take the kick. Vęgoria Team's Szczepan Fiszer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Sunday Niedziela in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Roman Sierocki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sunday Niedziela made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Roman Sierocki sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Emalia Olkusz's Sunday Niedziela got control of the ball when Roman Sierocki tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Vaggelis Pavlidis took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Sunday Niedziela to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Innar Laaneloog made a kick off. Sunday Niedziela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Carlsson in the 51st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Olaf Rawa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bogdan Pilarski was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Emalia Olkusz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roman Sierocki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Emalia Olkusz players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Vęgoria Team.
