An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Prestes in the 15th minute of play forced FC Gdansk36's goalkeeper Adam Matysek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 17 minutes, Lázaro Prestes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Heide FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lázaro Prestes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adam Matysek came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Heide FC's Lázaro Prestes. But to his dismay, Lázaro Prestes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Heide FC's Juvenal Azevedo was substituted for Leszek Sakowicz. Heide FC were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after FC Gdansk36's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Moises Berenguer took the corner. The corner led to Heide FC's Juvenal Azevedo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 69th minute, Lázaro Prestes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adam Matysek was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 72 minutes into the game, Heide FC's Lázaro Prestes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adam Matysek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Adam Matysek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lázaro Prestes's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. In the 81st minute, Lázaro Prestes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a left leg Adam Matysek saved FC Gdansk36 from getting behind. After some careless play in the FC Gdansk36 defense, Krzysztof Wiater kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adam Matysek. The FC Gdansk36 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adam Matysek should have stopped the shot. In the 96th match minute, Heide FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witold Hodyl to maneuver through the defense. Piotr Kozlowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Iwan Dziuma made a huge save. FC Gdansk36's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
