In the 8th minute, Damazy Joks ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vladan Kovačević was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, KS Olimpia Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Czeszejko came free, but Tolek Czeberowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vladan Kovačević made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Damazy Joks sent off a good shot on target. KS Olimpia Warszawa's attentive Rafal Trzenzalski managed to snatch the ball when Panait Maxim made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. In the 21st minute, Damazy Joks made a precise shot to the right of Vladan Kovačević. Olimpia HSB's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Fabian Czeszejko might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tolek Czeberowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabian Czeszejko ran back to his position shaking his head. Tolek Czeberowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Czeszejko, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Tolek Czeberowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabian Czeszejko went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 38 minutes into the game, Olimpia HSB's Fabian Czeszejko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tolek Czeberowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Damazy Joks recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the game, Panait Maxim was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olimpia HSB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KS Olimpia Warszawa the free kick. Panait Maxim hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Damazy Joks stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Fabian Czeszejko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolek Czeberowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabian Czeszejko got free with Tolek Czeberowski in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 61st minute, Damazy Joks left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS Olimpia Warszawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Tolek Czeberowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Czeszejko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
