After a defensive mix-up in Kautokeino FK's zone, Hans Hole stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Øyvind Rognerud came out of the goal and Hans Hole tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Øyvind Rognerud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thor Hustad in the 15th minute of the match. After 17 minutes, Alf Fimreite mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kautokeino FK and the Fokkstua players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kautokeino FK's Alf Fimreite got a free kick in the 17th minute. If Thor Hustad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd match minute, Kautokeino FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remi Balstad to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 25 minutes, Martin Krogsrud managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hans Hole couldn't finish the play. 87 minutes into the match, Ask Fosen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Øyvind Rognerud. Kautokeino FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ask Fosen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 93 minutes into the match, Martin Krogsrud notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Kautokeino FK's Øyvind Rognerud. Øyvind Rognerud was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 96 minutes of play, Fokkstua's Thor Hustad made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Øyvind Rognerud was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fokkstua's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
