The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bjørn Seljeseth got free with Marius Høgset in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Nikolai Ree charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nikolai Ree the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nikolai Ree hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the game, one of Laupsmarka:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 28 minutes into the game, Torjus Taule cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Stig Lohne was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A hard shot 37 in the game by Bjørn Seljeseth from a close distance when the talented Marius Høgset managed to make a qualified save. Aagodts's players were relieved. Eric Skog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Marius Høgset managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when Laupsmarka's Bjørn Seljeseth fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Stig Lohne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torjus Taule, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eric Skog received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Marius Høgset tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Laupsmarka players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Aagodts were winning 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bjørn Seljeseth stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Niklas Lilletvedt's late challenge caught a Laupsmarka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niklas Lilletvedt helped the player get up and apologised. Niklas Lilletvedt kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the game, Bjørn Seljeseth cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Marius Høgset was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 64th minute Torjus Taule shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig Lohne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustav Aker hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, Torjus Taule had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stig Lohne. Laupsmarka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Torjus Taule was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. Aagodts's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niklas Lilletvedt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bjørn Seljeseth in the 82nd minute of play forced Aagodts's goalkeeper Marius Høgset to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nikolai Ree was shown his second yellow card after 87 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Aagodts's Nikolai Ree got a free kick in the 88th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Aagodts's goal looked a bit too open when Eric Skog came free, but Marius Høgset reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bjørn Seljeseth in the 90th minute of play forced Aagodts's goalkeeper Marius Høgset to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 97th minute of the game. One of Aagodts:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Laupsmarka:s goal. Aagodts were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Laupsmarka's much stronger midfield.
