Seating: 1300, VIP seats: 140) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Steffen Standal made the kick off which started today's match. After a defensive mix-up in Frøystul's zone, Steffen Standal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rikard Aarum came out of the goal and Steffen Standal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Richard Wergeland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Folgerø having to interfere. A collision led to FC Alutis getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Alf-Inge Andvik hit a great ball. A collision led to Frøystul getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Raymond Haukås hit a great ball. A collision led to FC Alutis getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Alf-Inge Andvik hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Frøystul's Ørjan Løvlie tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Richard Wergeland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the game, Olof Sønsterud was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Alutis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Frøystul the free kick. The supporters of Frøystul booed when FC Alutis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olof Sønsterud didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alf Folgerø showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Wergeland, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Steffen Standal might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rikard Aarum. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Richard Wergeland to make the kick off. Richard Wergeland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Lysgård in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alf Folgerø saved FC Alutis from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Wergeland in the 59th minute of play forced FC Alutis's goalkeeper Alf Folgerø to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alf Folgerø took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Wergeland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 67 played minutes, Frøystul's Raymond Haukås shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alf Folgerø came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Frøystul reached it. Richard Wergeland kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Frøystul's goalkeeper Rikard Aarum, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Odd-Eirik Walberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Frøystul's goalkeeper Rikard Aarum, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Odd-Eirik Walberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rikard Aarum read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Daniel Lysgård fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Folgerø having to interfere. Alf Folgerø made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Lysgård in the 82nd minute of play. Alf Folgerø stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Lysgård's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Odd-Eirik Walberg struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Rikard Aarum didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Alutis. Jan-Frode Korneliussen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Frøystul's Johannes Ree got a free kick in the 97th minute. 99 minutes into the match, Frøystul's goalkeeper Rikard Aarum had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Odd-Eirik Walberg. Frøystul's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
