Spectators: 6729 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 0) Ken Asbjørnsen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in SuperRangers's zone, Roar Haagensen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Axel Marthinussen came out of the goal and Roar Haagensen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bjørn Rømo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Axel Marthinussen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roar Haagensen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christer Storli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oscar Olsen in the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute Ken Asbjørnsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Storli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bjørn Rømo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Axel Marthinussen made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Bjørn Rømo sent off a good shot on target. In the 41st minute, Bjørn Rømo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bjørn Rømo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bjørn Rømo made a kick off. The supporters of SuperRangers booed when Breidablik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roar Haagensen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christer Storli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ken Asbjørnsen in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Breidablik's goal looked a bit too open when Ken Asbjørnsen came free, but Christer Storli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Breidablik's Christer Storli got control of the ball when Oscar Olsen tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 88th minute Henrik Hall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel Marthinussen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SuperRangers's Axel Marthinussen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bjørn Rømo in the 89th minute of play. Bjørn Rømo struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Axel Marthinussen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Breidablik. In the 97th minute, Bjørn Rømo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Breidablik fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Breidablik fully deserved thier win.
