Spectators: 6747 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Brydalen IL's Joakim Dahlstrøm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zdzislaw Rzeszutko in the 7th minute of play. Idun IL's Silviu Dobrinescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Idun IL from getting a goal against them. Joakim Dahlstrøm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Kvaal's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 14thth minute of the game Jonathan Kvaal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brydalen IL's Joakim Dahlstrøm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Idun IL booed when Brydalen IL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brede Kolstø didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Kvaal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Joakim Dahlstrøm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Jonathan Kvaal made a precise shot to the right of Joakim Dahlstrøm. Brydalen IL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Joakim Dahlstrøm came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Idun IL's Jonathan Kvaal. But to his dismay, Jonathan Kvaal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Joakim Dahlstrøm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Kvaal's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jonathan Kvaal in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joakim Dahlstrøm saved Brydalen IL from getting behind. Hans-Petter Petterson hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Joakim Dahlstrøm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Kvaal's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute Jonathan Kvaal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joakim Dahlstrøm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zdzislaw Rzeszutko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonathan Kvaal was the one to do the kick off. When Idun IL's Zdzislaw Rzeszutko in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Brydalen IL's goalie prevented a goal. A hard shot 66 in the game by Jonathan Kvaal from a close distance when the talented Joakim Dahlstrøm managed to make a qualified save. Brydalen IL's players were relieved. Joakim Dahlstrøm stood somewhat misplaced when Jonathan Kvaal came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 66 minute. Jonathan Kvaal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Joakim Dahlstrøm when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Joakim Dahlstrøm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonathan Kvaal in the 73rd minute. Joakim Dahlstrøm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jørgen Lind, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After a rather tough play, Idun IL's Cornelius Balstad got a free kick in the 80th minute. Joakim Dahlstrøm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zdzislaw Rzeszutko in the 82nd minute of play. Joakim Dahlstrøm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zdzislaw Rzeszutko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute, Jonathan Kvaal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joakim Dahlstrøm was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Joakim Dahlstrøm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Kvaal in the 91st minute of play. Jonathan Kvaal's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 95thth minute, Joakim Dahlstrøm skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jonathan Kvaal did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-7 to the left of a surprised Joakim Dahlstrøm 96 minutes into the match. Idun IL's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
