Spectators: 7645 (Terracing: 5735, Seating: 1758, VIP seats: 152) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tore Hodneland started the match with the kick off. Mighty Mites's Roy Kalland managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kent-Are Haarstad in the 4 minute of the game. 7 minutes into the match, Mighty Mites's Roy Kalland sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Espen Nordeng narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tore Hodneland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Espen Nordeng having to interfere. If Christian Westad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tore Hodneland in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Espen Nordeng prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Roy Kalland kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Christian Westad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eivind Sylta having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tore Hodneland in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Espen Nordeng saved Grøsland BK from getting behind. Tore Hodneland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Espen Nordeng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 30 minutes of play, Mighty Mites's Noah Celius made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Espen Nordeng was left in no man's land by his defense there! Christian Westad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Eivind Sylta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Asbjørn Tiller charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Asbjørn Tiller the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 38 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mighty Mites! In the 40th minute there was a penalty for Grøsland BK. Kenneth Nakken stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Eivind Sylta. 1-2. If Tore Hodneland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Oddbjørn Dalen to make the kick off. Oddbjørn Dalen kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Eivind Sylta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christian Westad's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Kristian Strømberg hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Grøsland BK's Espen Nordeng got control of the ball when Tore Hodneland tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Oddbjørn Dalen came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Grøsland BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oddbjørn Dalen couldn't finish the play. Tore Hodneland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Espen Nordeng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Espen Nordeng made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tore Hodneland in the 77th minute. Tore Hodneland who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Espen Nordeng when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Noah Celius's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Espen Nordeng skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Espen Nordeng made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Tore Hodneland sent off a good shot on target. Ruben Anwar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Espen Nordeng having to interfere. Oddbjørn Dalen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Mighty Mites left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Grøsland BK.
