Fridtjof Østgård did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Cato Krane 8 minutes into the match. 13 minutes into the game, Tor-Arne Wilson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Cato Krane was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With an all-out effort, Solsvik's Cato Krane threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Tor-Arne Wilson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A collision led to Dacagiedde BK getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Jimmy Prestegård hit a great ball. In the 21st minute, Tom Rognerud fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Åsmund Finnøy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arild Sømme in the 24th minute of play. Cato Krane had great luck who in the 27thth minute grab hold of the ball when Tor-Arne Wilson from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The audience was convinced that Tor-Arne Wilson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cato Krane was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. When Fridtjof Østgård came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Solsvik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fridtjof Østgård couldn't finish the play. Dacagiedde BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Tor-Arne Wilson scored to the left of an out of position Cato Krane, making the score, 3-0. Solsvik's Tor-Arne Wilson got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cato Krane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tor-Arne Wilson in the 34th minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, Tor-Arne Wilson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Cato Krane was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tor-Arne Wilson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cato Krane came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Solsvik's Fridtjof Østgård. But to his dismay, Fridtjof Østgård quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Fridtjof Østgård received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Cato Krane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cato Krane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tor-Arne Wilson in the 49th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tor-Arne Wilson was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Tor-Arne Wilson made a precise shot to the right of Cato Krane. Dacagiedde BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Tor-Arne Wilson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cato Krane having to interfere. Cato Krane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fridtjof Østgård in the 60th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Tor-Arne Wilson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cato Krane was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. The supporters of Solsvik booed when Dacagiedde BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kasper Korsvold didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Tor-Arne Wilson notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Dacagiedde BK's Cato Krane. Cato Krane was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cato Krane stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tor-Arne Wilson's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Tor-Arne Wilson succeeded in the game's 79th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 8-0. In the 85thth minute of the game Fridtjof Østgård who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dacagiedde BK's Cato Krane was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cato Krane took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tor-Arne Wilson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Solsvik's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
