Ole Eidsvåg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gard Neverdal, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Joaquin Mino scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arild Kvalsvik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Joaquin Mino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Mino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arild Kvalsvik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joaquin Mino's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. After 25 played minutes Taco Gjengen got a freekick which was hit by Vidar Brunstad. In the 32nd minute, Kristoffer Stein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristoffer Stein fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ole Eidsvåg having to interfere. After 47 minutes of play, FK Galtvort's Joaquin Mino made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arild Kvalsvik was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kristoffer Stein to make the kick off. Jacobo Cordera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arild Kvalsvik having to interfere. Kristoffer Stein received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Ole Eidsvåg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Kristoffer Stein got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kristoffer Stein sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 64 minutes into the match, Taco Gjengen's goalkeeper Arild Kvalsvik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joaquin Mino. If Jacobo Cordera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ole Eidsvåg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristoffer Stein in the 76th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquin Mino got free with Arild Kvalsvik in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joaquin Mino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arild Kvalsvik having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, FK Galtvort's Joaquin Mino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arild Kvalsvik narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kenneth Lia during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Taco Gjengen booed when FK Galtvort was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kenneth Lia didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Taco Gjengen's Arild Kvalsvik got control of the ball when Joaquin Mino tried to sneak it across the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gard Neverdal couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded FK Galtvort left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Taco Gjengen.
