The supporters of FK Galtvort booed when Mårnes Goalkeeping was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Espen Naustdal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wilhelm Tvedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ole Eidsvåg having to interfere. After some careless play in the Mårnes Goalkeeping defense, Joaquin Mino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christer Lassen. The Mårnes Goalkeeping fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christer Lassen should have stopped the shot. Espen Naustdal was shown his second yellow card after 79 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Mårnes Goalkeeping's Wilhelm Tvedt got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Kenneth Lia's late challenge caught a Mårnes Goalkeeping's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kenneth Lia helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FK Galtvort getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Kenneth Lia hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquin Mino in the 89th minute of play forced Mårnes Goalkeeping's goalkeeper Christer Lassen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FK Galtvort's Joaquin Mino got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute Joaquin Mino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Lassen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that FK Galtvort were the better team. FK Galtvort's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
