In the 5th minute, Ole Marken hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 9 minutes into the match, Dønski FK's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Refsnes came free, but Kristian Bruun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jim Refsnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Bruun having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Jim Refsnes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dønski FK's Kristian Bruun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jim Refsnes in the 19th minute of play. If Jon Frantzen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Hans-Kristian Aaberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristian Bruun was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Remi Braaten made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Jon Frantzen sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rdth minute of the game Jim Refsnes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dønski FK's Kristian Bruun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Jon Frantzen came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Dønski FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jon Frantzen couldn't finish the play. After 44 minutes, Hans-Kristian Aaberg made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Dønski FK's Kristian Bruun tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Kristian Bruun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans-Kristian Aaberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Eilert Jespersen made the kick off in the second half. Jim Refsnes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Bruun having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Eilert Jespersen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Remi Braaten. Laudal BF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eilert Jespersen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Kristian Bruun made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Hans-Kristian Aaberg sent off a good shot on target. Truls Holtet hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Hans-Kristian Aaberg struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Kristian Bruun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laudal BF. After 84 played minutes Laudal BF got a freekick which was hit by Hans-Kristian Aaberg. In the 85th minute Jon Frantzen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remi Braaten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jon Frantzen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hans-Kristian Aabergs short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Kristian Bruun to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.
