After 13 minutes of play, Legia Stavanger's Gjermund Viste made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kristian Bruun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Farstad scored 0-3 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kristian Bruun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute, Daniel Farstad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Kristian Bruun was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 47th minute of the match Gjermund Viste shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kristian Bruun showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After the first half Legia Stavanger were leading 0-8. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Gjermund Viste made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, one of Legia Stavanger:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Legia Stavanger. Slavcho Kanov went to the wrong direction when Roar Butt was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. In the 55th minute, Gjermund Viste reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kristian Bruun. The goal made the score 0-9. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gjermund Viste in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kristian Bruun prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 66 in the game by Gjermund Viste from a close distance when the talented Kristian Bruun managed to make a qualified save. Dønski FK's players were relieved. 69 minutes into the match, Legia Stavanger's goal looked a bit too open when Eilert Jespersen came free, but Slavcho Kanov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gjermund Viste didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-12 via right post in the game's 75th minute. Legia Stavanger's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement!
