Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joachim Horpestad took the kick off in the first half of the match. Christoffer Finne was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joachim Horpestad showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. Theodor Andresen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the match, Lyn 1896's goal looked a bit too open when Joachim Horpestad came free, but Christoffer Finne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Krøderen's Kristian Alsaker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans-Petter Østvang in the 16th minute of play. Kim Lausund charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kim Lausund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Lyn 1896 booed when Krøderen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kim Lausund didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Axel Tellefsen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lyn 1896's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Krøderen the free kick. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lyn 1896! When the match had been going on for 25 minutes, Krøderen's Martin Hillestad got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Christoffer Finne. After a rather tough play, Krøderen's Kim Lausund got a free kick in the 30th minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Hans-Petter Østvang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lyn 1896's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans-Petter Østvang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ulrik Valle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Theodor Andresen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Christoffer Finne made a huge save. Joachim Horpestad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christoffer Finne having to interfere. Hans-Petter Østvang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joachim Horpestad blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christoffer Finne having to make a save. Theodor Andresen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 48thth minute, Christoffer Finne skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hans-Petter Østvang was the one to do the kick off. If Theodor Andresen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Krøderen's Kristian Alsaker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans-Petter Østvang in the 60th minute of play. Tore Eidsvik's late challenge caught a Krøderen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tore Eidsvik helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lyn 1896 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! Theodor Andresen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Christoffer Finne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christoffer Finne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joachim Horpestad in the 78th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Hans-Petter Østvang managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lyn 1896's supporters rose to their feet, but Hans-Petter Østvang was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristian Alsaker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joachim Horpestad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Johannes Clausen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Krøderen's supporters rose to their feet, but Johannes Clausen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christoffer Finne breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Markus Hennum during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 84 played minutes Lyn 1896 got a freekick which was hit by Markus Hennum. When Joachim Horpestad came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Krøderen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joachim Horpestad couldn't finish the play. Theodor Andresen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Christoffer Finne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th match minute, Lyn 1896 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Markus Hennum to maneuver through the defense. Joachim Horpestad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Christoffer Finne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 93 played minutes Lyn 1896 got a freekick which was hit by Kenneth Sjøvold. Christoffer Finne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joachim Horpestad, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Kenneth Sjøvold charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kenneth Sjøvold the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Lyn 1896's Kenneth Sjøvold got a free kick in the 95th minute. 96 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Krøderen's Joachim Horpestad fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. When the referee ended the match the Krøderen players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
