After a defensive mix-up in Forset BK's zone, Jonathan Andorsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mads Lerøy came out of the goal and Jonathan Andorsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 16 minutes into the match, Kjartan Digernes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mads Lerøy, 2-0. In the 21st minute, Bjarne Dahl reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mads Lerøy. The goal made the score 3-0. 33 minutes into the match, Tjieloabme United's Bjarne Dahl sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mads Lerøy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 36 minutes into the game, Kjartan Digernes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mads Lerøy. Kjartan Digernes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. Bjarne Dahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Mads Lerøy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 minutes, Stig Vedå mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Forset BK and the Tjieloabme United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 42nd minute, Stig Vedå hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kjartan Digernes didn't quite understand what happened when in the 44 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Kjartan Digernes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Mads Lerøy made a huge save. Forset BK's Mads Lerøy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Forset BK from getting a goal against them. In the 47th minute, Bjarne Dahl reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mads Lerøy. The goal made the score 6-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kjartan Digernes made a kick off. Kristian Vigre kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Bjarne Dahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mads Lerøy having to interfere. Mads Lerøy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjartan Digernes in the 62nd minute of the match. When Kjartan Digernes came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Tjieloabme United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kjartan Digernes couldn't finish the play. Tjieloabme United's Kristen Heggheim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Tjieloabme United from getting a goal against them. Kristen Heggheim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raymond Skogsrud in the 66th minute of the match. Kjartan Digernes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mads Lerøy having to interfere. Kjartan Digernes took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mads Lerøy. Mads Lerøy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. In the 78th minute, Bjarne Dahl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bjarne Dahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Mads Lerøy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Andorsen's late challenge caught a Forset BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Andorsen helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Forset BK booed when Tjieloabme United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Andorsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Forset BK's goal looked a bit too open when Kjartan Digernes came free, but Mads Lerøy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Bjarne Dahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
