Spectators: 7598 (Terracing: 5700, Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tage Haugsdal kicked off to start the match. Follo FK's Tage Haugsdal got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sturle Nodeland in the 11th minute of play forced Follo FK's goalkeeper Erland Heen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mikael Høydal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tage Haugsdal in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sturle Nodeland in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erland Heen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Drøbak-Frogn getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Steffen Sandberg hit a great ball. With a little luck, Drøbak-Frogn's Mikael Høydal got control of the ball when Inge Skoge tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Sturle Nodeland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Follo FK booed when Drøbak-Frogn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilhelm Tønsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute of the match Bendik Zimmermann shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mikael Høydal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Drøbak-Frogn getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Ole-Kristian Hauge hit a great ball. Tage Haugsdal struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Mikael Høydal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Follo FK. In the 42nd minute, Drøbak-Frogn's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tage Haugsdal fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Follo FK's Inge Skoge got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Drøbak-Frogn's Mikael Høydal got control of the ball when Inge Skoge tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The wind increased when Steffen Sandberg made the kick off in the second half. Sturle Nodeland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Erland Heen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Sturle Nodeland made a precise shot to the right of Erland Heen. Follo FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Sturle Nodeland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Follo FK's Tage Haugsdal got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mikael Høydal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tage Haugsdal in the 75th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Steffen Sandberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erland Heen. That made the score 0-2 in the 85 minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, Follo FK's Inge Skoge nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mikael Høydal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Erland Heen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steffen Sandberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When Olaf Bolstad fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Follo FK's protests and gave Olaf Bolstad a yellow card for diving instead. After 98 played minutes Drøbak-Frogn got a freekick which was hit by Steffen Sandberg. The Drøbak-Frogn players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
