Ståle Andvik started the match with the kick off. Heia Start's Nikolai Sem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Trygve Hætta in the 3rd minute of play. Nikolai Sem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Trygve Hætta, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute, Trygve Hætta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hunnes BK's Lukas Bratli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon-Egil Heggdal in the 8th minute of play. After having played for 22 minutes, Ståle Andvik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hunnes BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ståle Andvik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Theodor Rygh struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Nikolai Sem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hunnes BK. Ståle Andvik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Nikolai Sem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hunnes BK's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Henrik Hidle 32 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Ståle Andvik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikolai Sem having to interfere. When Ståle Andvik came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Hunnes BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ståle Andvik couldn't finish the play. Trygve Hætta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 47 played minutes Hunnes BK got a freekick which was hit by Theodor Rygh. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Trygve Hætta during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lukas Bratli was left in no man's land by his defense there! 57 minutes into the match, Hunnes BK's goal looked a bit too open when Jon-Egil Heggdal came free, but Lukas Bratli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Trygve Hætta's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nikolai Sem read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. If Ståle Andvik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the game, Trygve Hætta recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nikolai Sem. Trygve Hætta showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Lukas Bratli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Hidle in the 73rd minute of play. Trygve Hætta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hunnes BK's Ståle Andvik got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Heia Start's Nikolai Sem proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Heia Start from getting a goal against them. Nikolai Sem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ståle Andvik in the 88th minute of the match. Theodor Rygh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trygve Hætta struck a weak shot in the 91st minute.
